Position Overview

Galaxiaway is seeking a STEM Educator to design and implement effective STEM education programs aimed at developing students' skills in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. In this role, you will deliver inspiring and innovative lessons to students, helping them build problem-solving, creative thinking, and technical knowledge. You will also be responsible for curriculum development and creating educational materials for STEM projects.

General Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in STEM fields
Ability to develop innovative and creative teaching methods for STEM education
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative thinking skills
Experience in creating programs tailored to students' learning needs
Proficiency in utilizing technology-based learning tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Bachelor's degree in Education or a STEM field; a master’s degree is preferred

Technical Qualifications

Experience in developing and implementing STEM curriculum
Proficiency in working with educational technologies and digital tools (e.g., Lego Education, Arduino, Scratch)
Experience in creating instructional materials based on scientific research and engineering processes
Knowledge of 3D modeling, robotics, coding, and artificial intelligence
Ability to track and report student performance using educational software
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and other educational tools

Health Requirements

Suitable health condition for extended computer and digital tool usage
Ability to adapt to intensive teaching schedules
Overall health condition suitable for full-time work

Language Requirements

English proficiency is mandatory during the application process. Candidates must possess one of the following language proficiency certificates:

IELTS: Minimum score of 6.5
TOEFL: Minimum score of 85
Or an equivalent international language proficiency certificate

Candidates are expected to provide proof of language proficiency, and a language competency test will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
