Position Overview
Galaxiaway is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. In this role, you will manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms. You will also analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions and product development, while closely collaborating with the product development team to ensure alignment with product offerings.
General Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing (preferably at least 3 years in a marketing management role within the technology or education sectors)
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, and content marketing
- Experience in managing campaigns and marketing budgets
- Ability to oversee the creation of engaging and informative content for marketing channels while ensuring consistency with our brand voice and values
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, influencers, and other stakeholders
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging diverse audiences
Technical Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM
- Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.)
- Expertise in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI
- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights to make data-driven marketing decisions
- Skilled in monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary
- Familiarity with educational technology is a plus and demonstrates the ability to align product features with educational needs

Language Requirements
English proficiency is mandatory during the application process. Candidates are required to possess one of the following language proficiency certificates:
- IELTS: Minimum score of 6.5
- TOEFL: Minimum score of 85
- Or an equivalent international language proficiency certificate
